TERMS AND SALES CONDITIONS

REQUEST FOR QUOTATION AND RESERVATION:

Inka Yume Travel makes custom quotes, which should be requested at info@inka-yume.pe and our agents will respond as soon as possible. Once quoted, reservations will be reached by the same route (e-mail) and will be answered as soon as possible, considering the order of arrival of orders to our Booking Center.

 

RATES AND SERVICES

All prices are expressed in US Dollars and are subject to change without notice. Prices are per person, based on double room sharing room. The prices are valid until February 28, 2025.

They apply to foreign passengers not domiciled in the country due to tax exemption terms. In the case of Peruvian passengers, these must be quoted affecting the corresponding taxes.

Includes service taxes. Prices exempt from IGV (General Sales Tax of 18%) for foreign or Peruvian passengers not resident in the country. To apply for this exemption, passengers must show their passport with the stamp of entry into the country, at the time of registering at the hotels, otherwise said tax will be affected. Subject to space availability, otherwise a hotel of similar category will be assigned.

 

TRAVEL SERVICES

We offer two types of programs: Regular Tours (SIC) with guided in English or Spanish and Private Tours with guided in Spanish, English, French, Italian, Portuguese and Japanese. Other languages ​​do not hesitate to contact us.

 

  • The confirmation of the hotels is subject to availability, otherwise it will be confirmed in another hotel of similar category with prior communication to the passenger.
  • The categorization of hotels is governed by local standards.
  • Power is included only if indicated in the program.
  • Tourism programs and / or services do not include air tickets (domestic and / or international)

  • Certain services can be interrupted and / or canceled due to: climatic conditions, social problems, disturbances, natural phenomena or due to force majeure, therefore INKA YUME TRAVEL reserves the right to modify the travel itinerary prevailing the benefit and safety of our passengers

 

MINOR CONSIDERATIONS:

  • The rates of minors are subject to the policies of hotels or operators or transport companies.
  • Infants are considered 0 years – 1 year, 11 months, 29 days and additional costs may apply. In general, it is considered as a Child who is between 2 years and 10 years, 11 months, 29 days. For children under 12 years of age they are considered adults, with certain exceptions of some establishments that have special rates for Juniors.

 

AIR TICKETS

  • The price of air tickets are expressed in US Dollars and are subject to change without notice, according to the availability of spaces.
  • The schedule, route and flight number are subject to change, according to the airline until the date of the trip, INKA YUME TRAVEL is not responsible for the modification, delay or cancellation of the same, but undertakes to advise you if your itinerary is seen injured.
  • INKA YUME TRAVEL is an intermediary in the commercialization of the air ticket, with the suggestion that we can offer you on routes, schedules and connections.
  • In case of loss, refund or changes (of date, route, time, rate or others) INKA YUME TRAVEL will apply the sales conditions stipulated by the airline.
  • For other restrictions on the INKA YUME TRAVEL air ticket, the conditions of sale stipulated by the airline will be referred to.

 

PAYMENT CONDITIONS

 

ADVANCE:

To confirm the reservation of tourist services, it is necessary for the client to pay 50% of the total price plus 100% of the air tickets for issuance, within 24 hours of accepting the tourist program.

In case of requesting DELUXE and TOP LUXURY category hotels, train service – Hiram Bingham car, Andean Explorer or other luxury services, the client must request it in advance and must comply with the conditions that the hotel or operator has established in terms of penalties or cancellation policies without reimbursement from them.

To confirm the reservation and issuance of the air tickets it is necessary that the customer makes the payment for 100% of the air fare, within the term that the airline provides, otherwise INKA YUME TRAVEL. will not be responsible for changes in the price, time, route and / or availability of spaces, and the itinerary and the final fare of the trip may vary, even if it had already been booked, the only guarantee is the issuance itself according to conditions of the airlines

Advance payment is requested to guarantee and confirm availability in both hotels, transport and other tourist services. In the absence of the aforementioned advance, INKA YUME TRAVEL reserves the right to modify the tourist program offered both in price and in services (hotels, transport, etc.)

 

BALANCE:

The remaining 50% of the payment must be canceled (paid) 30 days before your arrival in the city of Lima (Peru), at which time INKA YUME TRAVEL will send you the service vouchers electronically or physically at the time of your arrival

 

PURCHASE OF TRIPS WITH LESS THAN 30 DAYS OF ANTICIPATION:

In the case of trips purchased less than 30 days in advance, these must be canceled (paid) in full at 100% on the date of reservation confirmation.

CANCELLATIONS FOR EXTREME EVENTS:
INKA YUME TRAVEL may be forced to cancel the trip, for external events that put the physical and mental integrity of the client at risk, 10% of the amount paid will be retained, for administrative expenses, the reasons for this type of cancellation will be announced to the client in writing.

CANCELLATIONS FOR CLIMATOLOGICAL CONDITIONS:
The company is not responsible for cancellations due to climatic factors beyond its control.


CANCELLATIONS FOR PERSONAL EFFECTS OF PASSENGERS:
INKA YUME TRAVEL reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse to provide the service of any person who is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or in any way is beyond the control of their faculties, or who, for any circumstance or status, means a current or potential danger to your own safety and / or that of other passengers.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Depending on the nature of our services, the client assumes the risks in full knowledge of the cause not to pass the responsibility of any accident that may happen to INKA YUME TRAVEL to the guides or to the different service providers.

INKA YUME TRAVEL is not responsible for injuries, damages, illnesses, losses or other setbacks that may occur due to the fault of third parties, social problems, disturbances, or natural disasters, but undertakes to provide all relevant advice in the treatment of passenger travel .

Certain services included in the programs offered as accommodation, food, transportation, tours, etc. they are hired from independent suppliers over which INKA YUME TRAVEL has no immediate control, but a follow-up of their development.

When paying 50% in advance for the reservation of the tourist program, the client certifies that he does not present any physical condition or disability that could cause him danger during the trip, we recommend that he carry out a medical check-up before traveling. Likewise, we recommend that you review the validity of your personal health insurance to ensure that it has coverage abroad in cases of loss, illness, injury or death. The tourist programs and services offered by INKA YUME TRAVEL do not include any type of medical or accident insurance, if required please contact us. Passengers are recommended to take out international travel insurance from their place of origin.
