In the morning, the city tour of Lima begins with a beautiful view of the Pacific Ocean, exploring the districts of Miraflores and San Isidro. Panoramic visit to Huaca Pucllana, a pre-Inca ceremonial temple in the shape of a pyramid that has survived Lima’s urban expansion. Next, we will visit the historic center of Lima, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, where we will observe the Plaza de Armas, the Government Palace, and the Lima Cathedral. We will also visit the Convent of Santo Domingo, where the relics of Peruvian saints are preserved. In the afternoon, visit the Larco Herrera Museum, a private collection in the district of Pueblo Libre. Excellent display of ceramics from pre-Columbian cultures, as well as an interesting collection of pre-Inca erotic art. Return to Larcomar (seaside shopping center) or the hotel. Arrival in the city of Cusco and transfer to the hotel. In the morning, we will explore a picturesque route through some beautiful neighborhoods of Cusco. Transfer to the San Cristobal viewpoint with a church and panoramic view. Walk through San Cristobal and San Blas, the Seven Little Lambs street and the colonial aqueduct of Sapantiana. Visit Plaza San Blas and descend through the homonymous street with the Twelve-Angle Stone until reaching the main square. In the afternoon, visit the city’s iconic sites, such as the Temple of the Koricancha and the Cathedral. Explore nearby ruins: Sacsayhuaman, Q’enqo, Puca Pucara, and Tambomachay.
